Energy Industry Must Be Regulated
From Coloradoan
Whether it’s drilling, fracking, spudding, or injecting, if it’s involved in oil and gas development, it’ll soon be Matthew Lepore’s job to regulate it.
Lepore, a former 15-year environmental lawyer currently working for the Beatty and Wozniak lawfirm in Denver and a former deputy Colorado attorney general who has long represented the state in oil and gas-related lawsuits, will take over the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission this month as its new director.
