Venezuela Recalls Ambassador, Halts Oil Supplies To Paraguay

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez on Sunday recalled his ambassador to Paraguay and halted oil supplies to the country in protest of the ouster of its former President Fernando Lugo.
Speaking on state television, Chavez said he would not recognize the government of Paraguay”s newly sworn-in President Federico Franco.
