US Once Again Opposes IP Gas Pipeline Project

In a news briefing in Washington on Saturday, State Department spokeswoman, Victoria Nuland told reporters that despite Pakistan’s firm decision to go on with the project, Washington still believes that it is a bad idea.
“We’ve seen this discussion about this proposed pipeline go on for a long time, and there have been many fits and starts. We think it”s a bad idea; we”ve made that clear,” she added.
